I consult with restaurants, tea companies and designers. I teach workshops and host tastings.
Cha-melier is a play on the Asian word for tea (cha) and the French word for wine steward (sommelier). It’s a new tea word from Japan, and I first heard it in 2005, when I was introduced as one. It stuck.
